I first got into Nia when my sister suggested that I’d like it. She was right – I loved it, right from the very first time. It wasn’t long before I decided to train as a Nia teacher (2014) and this year I’m doing my CYQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing at Edinburgh University.
As well as being a Nia teacher, I live, love and work in Edinburgh. I work in publishing and also teach creative writing at Edinburgh University. I have three children (who are now used to me trying out dance moves in the kitchen) and something of an obsessional interest in writing, knitting and eating really good scones.
