I first got into Nia when I was looking for an exercise form that I would really enjoy, rather than just endure.
My sister introduced me to Nia in 2013; I loved it immediately and it wasn’t long before I decided to train as a teacher. Not long after that, I decided to take my fitness instructing course at Edinburgh University, and I got my certificate in 2018.
When I’m not teaching Nia, I work in digital marketing. I’m also a creative writing tutor, a mother of three, a drinker of coffee and eater of fine cheeses.
